The kitchen leads to a small utility area incorporating a tumble drier and out into a spacious private back garden, a real suntrap!

Outside: Delightful, private decked area with garden furniture for barbecues and relaxed entertaining. There is a shed in the garden which is suitable for storing surfboards and other sporting equipment.
