The beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe regularly win awards for cleanliness and safety and are manned by lifeguards throughout the summer months. Most of the region appears to be untouched by time as sleepy, windy lanes reveal thatched roofed cottages and historic buildings and villages such as Lynton in the north of the region and Clovelly in the south. The village of Croyde has many examples of cobb walled, thatched cottages.

Property: Enter through the front door into a small lobby for coats into a larger entrance hall leading to spacious lounge, dedicated dining room, and stairway with storage underneath and downstairs guest cloakroom with WC and pedestal basin. The lounge is contemporary with leather suite, TV with satellite, Video, DVD, wireless internet and French doors opening onto a very large level garden with endless views across Roylands horse riding school towards Saunton Down and the dunes of Croyde Bay.

Interior: Light pours into the modern dining room from the conservatory for casual lounging. Dine and relax in style. There is a beautiful Provençal dresser. The adjacent conservatory offers separate comfy seating. The kitchen has many wow factors in the form of seven-place hob and four-door oven courtesy of a Kensington Belling with a feature stainless steel extractor hood. There is a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you may require whilst on holiday. Enjoy an el fresco meal at the breakfast counter with garden views. The tall fridge offers ample freezer and fridge space. Step into the separate laundry with washing machine and to access the garage and another downstairs WC with hand basin, ideal for when you return from the beach.

Outside: The very large enclosed garden at the rear and side is a real sun trap, and there is a large gated driveway at the front. A BBQ is available on request only.
