Bedroom 3 is spacious and has a trundle bed (single bed under a conventional bed that can be wheeled out to make another proper single bed), built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, radio and bedside reading light.

Kitchen: The kitchen comprises fitted cream and light wood units and cream tiled walls with serving hatch to the lounge area. There is an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, toaster, kettle and very well equipped for your self-catering holiday. The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer as well as an iron, ironing board and Hoover with a back door to the garden.

Lounge: The main lounge lends itself to stunning views of the country side and the dunes behind Croyde beach. It is decorated with a comfy 3 seater couch and two armchairs. There is a coffee table, TV, DVD, CD, Radio and cassette player as well as a bookcase filled with a large selection of books.

Dining: There is an open-plan dining area with a wooden table, 6 wicker chairs and wooden dresser filled with collectables. The lounge/dining room opens up to the enclosed garden through 2 large glassed patio doors. Ideal for in/outdoor entertaining!
