The golden sandy beaches of Croyde Bay are just a few minutes away and the village, with its lively atmosphere, great pubs, restaurants, surf shops, village shop & Post Office is also within easy reach. Sunbird is a charming chalet set on the hillside overlooking Croyde village and with views to the coast and Baggy Point beyond. The property has been recently re-furbished to a very high standard with a lot of care and attention to detail; providing the ideal holiday home for all beach goers, surfers and country lovers alike.

Drop leaf table with four chairs for dining and galley kitchen adjoining:

Kitchen: Modern and stylish with newly fitted units. Extremely well-equipped for an enjoyable self catering holiday: electric hob, high level oven & grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, built-in fridge with freezer compartment as well as a washing machine.

Outside : Fully enclosed garden, grassed at the front with rotary clothes line. Storage for boards etc at the side of the house. The rear garden is fully decked to provide a superb suntrap area with elevated views over the village to the sea and Baggy Point and furnished with a wooden dining set, parasol, sun loungers, additional seating and barbeque this is a great spot for continental breakfast, alfresco dining or sundowners at the end of the day watching the sunset over the sea.
