We manage a farm with cows and young cattle, midget goat, ducks, geese and cats which are very interesting for our little guests. Calm single location with wonderful panoramic view onto the mountains, ideal for walking tours to the near and famous ‘Seiseralm’ (greatest alp of Europe) as well as to the rose garden region. 3 complete and comfortably furnished apartments (70 m²) in Tyrolean style (partially painted furniture) with kitchenette (coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, small oven, etc.). It has a Tyrolean living room with satellite TV, 2 bedrooms, bathroom (basin, shower, WC), loggia and balcony and/or terrace. A meadow invites for recreation and relaxing. For our great guests table tennis, barbecue and mountain bikes are available. Our small guests have fun with a tree house, tractor for kids, sandbox, and a swing. A roofed parking space is also available. We will gladly send you a concrete offer. We are looking forward to your inquiry!

Comfortable and complete furnished apartment in Tyrolean style. The Tyrolean living room is equipped (rustic) with satellite TV and corner seat, dinette and sofa, which can also be used sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with coffee machine, egg cooker, toaster, and small oven, and dishes for 10 to 12 persons. The bedroom with double bed provides painted furniture, the 2nd bedroom offers single beds which can be converted into a bunk bed, a cot and a crib can be used in each room. The bathroom is equipped with a basin, WC and shower. A loggia and a balcony (southwest) with sun loungers are available. Linen is provided. In front of the house a large terrace with seats and barbecue as well as a meadow with vine arbour are available.

Submontane of the mighty Schlern lies the climatic health resort at the nature reserve ‘Völs am Schlern’ 880 above sea-level. Here, you find a very mild climate and a sunny location. The climatic health resort Völs combines recreation with tradition but also gastronomical speciality weeks are very favoured. Besides walking and hiking trials to the managed alp especially the ‘Völser Weiher’ invites you for bathing and ice skating in the winter. Völs is also culturally famous: parish church with parish museum but especially the Pröstels palace with guided tours.

Hallo,

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben wir im Juli 2009 auf dem Trafisölerhof verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit betreut.
Man muss nicht erst lange mit dem Auto fahren denn vom Haus aus gehen viele schöne Wanderwege ab. Ob Spaziergang, leichter Rundweg oder anstrengende Tagestour – die Vermieter war stets mit einem passenden Wandertipp zur Stelle.

Der Trafisölerhof ist sehr ruhig gelegen und für einen schönen Urlaub perfekt geeignet. Ob Seele baumeln lassen, Besichtigung verschiedener Sehenswürdigkeiten oder einfach nur Wandern, für Jeden ist etwas dabei. Die Ferienwohnung war, wie im Internet angekündigt, in einem gepflegten und sehr ordentlichen Zustand.

Kurz und knapp:
Koffer packen, ab zum Trafisölerhof und eine super Zeit genießen.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) haben hier einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter, hervorragender Brötchen- und Milchservice. Viele Tipps. Alles so wie beschrieben. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Bozen, Seiser Alm, schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Urlaub im Wanderparadies

Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben - sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vermieter freundlich und immer mit einem Tipp zur Hand. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein Obstkorb mit der guten alten Haus-Traube (rot, Geschmacksrichtung Walderdbeere). Interessant und hilfreich auch die reichlich vorhandenen Bildbände und das Kartenmaterial zur Gegend. Diese ist wunderschön- ideal für Wander- und Naturfreunde.
Unsere Tochter freute sich besonders über die weit schwingende Schaukel am Kirschbaum und über die Tiere.

schöner Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof

Hallo
Die Angaben im Inserat waren völlig korrekt.
Der Zustand der Wohnung was sehr gepflegt.
Wir wurden sehr gut betreut bzw. schon verwöhnt.
Das Feriendomizil können wir nur jedem weiter empfehlen.
Das Freizeitangebot ist groß.
Für Wanderfreunde einfach das beste was man haben kann.
Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei. auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in dieser Gegend nicht weit.
Viele auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Unser Fazit:
Eine tolle Wohnung die wir weiterempfehlen können.
