This luxury third floor attico apartment is ideally located within minutes walk of Torrevieja's sandy beaches, Park of Nations (childrens funpark with swings, duck pond etc)famous Habanaras and Carrefour shopping centres waterpark, casino, funfair, Pacha disco, marina, markets and huge selection of bars, restaurants and cafes. A short drive takes you to any of four championship golf courses. Adjacent to local hair dressers, beauty salon, internet cafe and car rental. Sleeps 4. Two bedrooms (1 king size double bed, 2 single beds) .Has large showers in each bathroom and a large balcony with access to a communal roof. It has air conditioning and a light coloured fitted kitchen. British tv installed. The apartment block itself is serviced by 2 elevators. Local supermarket conveniently on the ground floor.
