The 60 hectares property, nestled in the valley of the Chiani River,surrounded by beautiful oak woods, meadows and olive groves offers an infinite web of paths and unpaved small roads ideal for walks. A beautiful hand carved stone building combines the use of traditional materials and architectural traits with contemporary elegance and comfort. Luminous, large spaces where wide doors and windows create a total interaction between the inside and the outside, enhanced by the large covered veranda that is part of the living space. In the one floor 450m2 building there are four bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and dressing rooms of uncompromising size. The master bedroom is 50m2 plus a private studio.Stunning double height 80m2 salon with fireplace and gallery with studio and library. Large kitchen, pantry, charming dining room. In front of covered veranda a 22m X 6m salt water pool surrounded by huge lawn studded with cypress trees. Extremely elegantly furnished, high quality linens.
