Unbeatable location right on the golf course overlooking the 18th green. Private balcony has panoramic views of three fairways, driving range and down to the sea. Back balcony off the bedrooms has mountain views. The apartment is very light and spacious and furnished to a high standard. Beds are convertible to form either two large doubles or 4 singles for flexible sleeping arrangements. Large separate kitchen which includes a washed dryer as well as dishwasher etc. Lounge and dining area are designed to make full use of the fabulous views. All mod cons including flat screen satellite TV with terrestial UK channels. Fully air conditioned and centrally heated (including in bedrooms) but fans also provided. Luxury bathroom includes full length bath, shower and bidet. Secure underground car park with lift access next to designated space. Swimming pool and jacuzzi alongside apartment. Genuine two minute walk from the clubhouse and restaurants, bars and shops but very quiet area.

La Torre Golf Resort is a 5* gated community with beautiful lakes and Jack Nicklaus design golf course. A variety of lakeside restaurants, bars, shops as well as a spa and an intercontinental Hotel are within the resort. It is 20 minuted from Murcia San Javier airport and from the sandy, unspoilt beaches of the Mar Menor with plentiful water sports. The historic cities of Murcia (must see Cathedral) and Cartegena (Roman ruins) are within 30 minutes with a wealth of shopping and cultural activities as well as waterparks for children. There are a number of mountain nature reserves within 20-45 minutes where you can walk or mountain bike in the wilderness. On the north side of Murcia there is a famous wine growing area with trail. The La Manga strip is within 40 minutes. There are currently 4 interlinked Jack Nicklaus golf courses with free shuttle bus and many other courses in the immediate area. The resort has a choice of 22 large communal pools and tennis courts.

A wonderful property with beautiful views

This is a really wonderful apartment with beautiful views from the balcony, which is very private - perfect for a pre-dinner drink! Location couldn't be better; it is only a couple of minutes' walk from the clubhouse and restaurants, but still set back enough to feel peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself is well furnished and comfortable, with everything you could need provided.

This is a lovely part of Spain, with plenty of unspoilt coastline, some great restaurants and plenty to see and do - it's close both to the coast and to the mountains. Murcia city is a short drive away and well worth seeing, with lovely town squares, gardens and a cathedral, as well as being a good shopping centre.

I enjoyed my holiday so much I've booked to go back this year!

Excellent Holiday!!

Myself & 3 friends stayed here August 2009 & had a Fabulous time, the apartment is more than we could have wished for!!! it was spotless, modern & had everything we could have possibly needed... a real home form home (apart from i dont have an amazing balcony with fabulous views & nice weather at home)!!! the complex was beautiful, and we were spoilt for choice with the number of swimming pools!!
The resturants on site were all wonderful, and reasonably priced too!!! The supermarket on site is also very good.... two bottles of red wine for two euros... Now that is a bargain!!!
I enjoyed every minute of my holiday. David provided us with all the information we needed along with suggestions for places to visit!! Much appreciated. Thank you David, i have already reccomened your apartment to many, & wish to return myself next year! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely Apartment with great views and location

We had a great week staying at this apartment. Its location near to the resort centre with uninterrupted views over the 18th green and the fairway was simply excellent.

A glass of wine or two ! on the terrace whilst simply chilling out, relaxing and watching the golfers go past led to a perfect holiday.

A short trip into Los Alcazares, a typically spanish town, with the superb mar menor and excellent restaurants is a must. Also enjoyed the restaurants in Roldan recommended by the owner and they did not disappoint.

Our holiday was arranged and booked at the last minute with no problems, we would highly recommend David's apartment to everyone.

Hope to return next summer once we have survived the British winter !!

A wonderful week

Two ladies enjoyed a week away from teenaged children in this fabulous apartment. The location was excellent, with good views into the distance, and the entertainment of the 18th hole just below the balcony.

The apartment was spacious, spotless and very well equipped. The two restaurants we tried on site were excellent, and we made good use of the clean, well-maintained swimming pools. Car parking underground was excellent and easy to use, and travel to Murcia, Jumilla and Cartagena very easy. The Chinese Buffet Restaurant at Roldan was excellent.

The owner was most helpful before and after our trip. Other apartments at La Torre have been used with great success by beneficiaries of Holidays4Heroes, and we would certainly recommend this apartment to friends.
