This lovely apartment is set in an old building but has recently been completely renovated and offers everything you might need for a holiday. Located in the heart of the Old Town of Antibes means that you have everything available on your doorstep. The nearest beach is approx 500m away and the colourful Provencal market is even closer. The apartment is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, with a supermarket and lovely bakery just around the corner. A car is not necessary as there is a direct bus from Nice airport to Antibes town centre, and the bus station and train station are just a few moments walk away, making it easy to visit all the nice towns on the coast - Cannes, St Tropez, Nice, Monaco to name a few. Location is the key with this apartment - with further beaches and the Cap d'Antibes also within easy walking distance. Juan-les-Pins is the adjoining town which can be reached easily by bus or by walking for the more energetic! You will not be disappointed.

Antibes is a lovely Greco-Roman town situated halfway between Cannes and Nice - approx 16kms from Nice Airport. There are many local attractions to visit. Archaeology Museum - This museum sits atop the Promenade Admiral de Grasse in the old Bastion St Andre, a 17th century fortress. The museum's collection focuses on the classical history of Antibes. The views of the sea and mountains from the promenade are also spectacular. Naval Museum of Napoleon - Housed in a 17th century stone fort and tower, this museum presents a collection of Napoleonic memorabilia, paintings and naval models. Picasso Museum - This museum houses one of the world's greatest Picasso collections La Tour Museum - This small museum in the centre of town brings the contemporary history of Antibes to life. My teenage sons and I enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return soon. The description of the propert and facilities was accurate. Everything was clean and welcoming. I would certainly recommend to my friends. I visited in July/August and the Town is very busy and this was what we wanted. Everything is within easy walking distance. A good range of restaurants, to suit all pockets. The town beach is a bit stony so we used our water shoes like some of the locals.

Food, food, food

My wife and I, and our 3-month old baby, stayed for a long weekend in this apartment in April. We found the location perfect for just access to just about everything - I don't think I walked more than 3 minutes to anywhere (but the beach may have been 5 !). The apartment was in great condition, and although you can hear the bustle of the streets, the baby didn't mind. In April, the weather is not so reliable, but the apartment was perfect for taking it easy. There must be more great restaurants per square mile in Vieux Antibes that anywhere else (except perhaps Madrid). I put on 3 kilos. in weight, but will be back to put on some more.....!! Miguel

I have stayed in this apartment and found the location to be perfect. It is so central; very close to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment itself is really nice, newly refurbished and very clean (and I'm a clean freak!). I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and hope to use it again in the future. Grainne
