Light and airy holiday villa with 2 double bedrooms (one double, one twin) and one bathroom with bath and shower. Living/dining area with large patio doors leading on to a terrace with sea views. New kitchen with dishwasher. Accommodation is all on one level but there are some easy steps from the parking area to the main entrance. Lovely, huge pool terrace and fenced garden with trees. Satellite TV. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The property is situated on the edge of Moraira. The town center is only a 5 minute drive away. A choice of beaches are available nearby including the sandy beaches of Moraira, El Portet and Calpe and several secluded rocky coves. Sailing, diving and canoeing are all available close by. Situated in a quiet location this lovely villa is in the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful holiday whilst having easy access to a vaste range of amenities to make your holiday as varied and enjoyable as you choose.

Moraira is one of the few unspoiled locations on the Costa Blanca. A charming fishing village retaining much of its original charm but with a good selection of wonderful shops and restaurants and an up to date marina offering moorings for many visiting yachts. The choice of beaches are many and varied and there are an enormous range of activities available locally. A few kilometres in land there are mountains offering a completely different atmosphere from the coast. Again many opportunities for wining and dining, sight seeing and walking. There are markets in all the local towns once a week where you can buy fresh produce, lace, fake watches and bags and even antiques can be found in the Jalon valley on a Saturday morning. Do not hesitate to call for a full breakdown of what is on offer in the area.

About the area: Casa Felicity is situated in a quiet and very green residential area a few kilometers outside Moraira. There are a choice of beaches close by ranging from rocky coves to the long, sandy beaches of Moraira and Calpe. In both Moraira and Calpe you will find a huge number of cafes and restaurants offering a range of possibilities from pizza and paella to very exclusive, Michelin listed restaurants. Try the Girasol, a Michelin 2 star restaurant for probably the best food in the area. A list of recommended restaurants will be provided with your welcome pack. For sporty guests there is tennis, golf, sailing, canoeing, diving and windsurfing all available withing a 10 minute drive. Suitable for total beginners or for experts. A short distance inland there are many excellent walks ranging from simple walks for the family or much more challenging ones for the serious walker. Advice can be given on all or any of the activities available.
