This modern, air-conditioned, sunny villa is beautifully and tastefully furnished and contains everything you need to make your holiday truly memorable. It is a few minutes' walk to the stunning Cape Greko National Park and the fabulous Konnos beach, with all the sand and watersports you could wish for. In the other direction, it is a two minute drive to the bustling resort of Protaras and Fig Tree Bay. Ayia Napa with all its night life and Waterworld are a ten minute drive. There are plenty of tavernas and restaurants within a five minute walk, also a supermarket and the 5* Grecian Park Hotel. We have a large pool shared with just four other villas. There is spacious open-plan living: a comfortable lounge area with flat-screen TV, satellite and DVD, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is master bedroom with en-suite, a twin room and balcony with sea views and family bathroom. Outside there are lovely private gardens with two patios, furniture and BBQ.

Whether you are looking for the stunning beauty of the Cape Greko National Park, with its miles of walks, cycle tracks, nature trails and sea caves, or the hustle and bustle of the nearby resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa, with Waterworld and all the night life you could want, it's all here on your doorstep. The lovely Konnos Bay, with its sandy beaches is only 8 minutes walk and Mimosa Bay is even closer. Everything is available within a few minutes walk - supermarket, tavernas, restaurants, the 5 star Grecian Park Hotel (open to non-residents) as well as a whole range of watersports. A regular bus stops outside the villa for Protaras, Paralimni, with its boutique shopping, Agia Napa, Waterworld and transport to activities such as diving and horse riding. We are only a few minutes from the excellent motorway network, so you can be in Larnaca in 40 minutes, Nicosia in under an hour and in the stunning Troodos mountains in one and a half hours.

    A 25% deposit is required to book a holiday. Full payment is required six weeks prior to holiday. In addition a £200 damage/breakages deposit is required for all bookings and is refunded within 7 days of departure.

    Smoking is not allowed inside the villa and no pets are permitted. No single sex parties please. You are responsible for supervising your children in the pool.

    Welcome packs can be provided so that you have food and drink on your arrival..

I have just returned from a week’s holiday and I have to say that the house has made our stay very pleasurable indeed. My friend and I stayed there with our combined total of four kids and we had more than ample room! I even managed to fit two cots into my room alongside the twin beds. Everything that you needed was at hand, coffee maker, microwave, washing machine etc and the house was fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery - it really was a home away from home. Very clean and immaculately kept this is a gem of a place that I am glad that I have found as I will be using it again in August and hope to do so again next year too!. The location is perfect for people who want to relax, nice and quiet and a good amount of tavernas etc within walking distance - there is a supermarket next door where you can get pretty much everything you need. The beautiful Konnos Beach is just down the road and that combined with the lovely villa is a perfect getaway for anyone, young or old, with or without family! Also one last thing .. the shared pool is a godsend for anyone with a small family as it is outside the immediate grounds of the house and is gated so its completely safe for families with young kids - there is no need to spend your days watching them from falling into a pool when you are cooking/trying to relax at home!!

A Perfect Holiday - Sea and Shops

We had a fabulous week in this villa,everything was so convenient. The villa is in the National Park which is so beautiful, we had many walks through the park down to the beach and then along the coast path. On the way back we stopped either at the Grecian Park or at the Kafkaros for a drink and to use the internet.
My favourite day out was in Paralimni, Bas my husband sat in the sun watching the people and I went from shop to shop - good prices and a wide range of jewellery and clothes that I had not seen in England. Boutique shopping not souvenire shops.
There are loads of interesting places to visit and good restaurants including Blue Spice.
The villa is well furnished, bright, well appointed, lots of coat hangers and spotlessly clean. I liked the pictures which gave it a very Mediterranean feel.
I would certainly recommend it and hopefully we will go again next year.
