Located very close to the purest lake of Europe and the historic village of Annecy in the heart of the French Alps, this spacious and sunny villa is set on a 1300 sqm of land in a very quiet environment for a relaxing holiday. It includes a 30 sqm terrace (with sun screens) offering a lake view. You will enjoy the large garden and its BBQ, tables, chairs and deck chairs. This recently renovated villa (2009) will make your stay comfortable as well as practical: 5 bedrooms which have lots of charm (2 on the main floor, 3 on the garden level - one with TV), one kitchen (main floor) and one kitchenette (garden level) make this house perfect for one large family or two families. A large living room equiped with a fireplace, TV/DVD and internet connexion offers a dining space for 8 people. By construction this villa remains cool even during the hot Summer days. Four mountain bikes are at disposal to reach the lake (2 mn on cycle path).

  • PAYMENT
    A 30% deposit of the total rental cost is required at time of booking. Outstanding balance is required 2 months before arrival date, together with a security deposit of 1000 Euros to cover breakages, damage, non free calls, etc. This security deposit will be returned after rental after no problem and phone bill check at the departure by owner.
  • ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
    Arrival times are till 20:00, reasonable later times will need to be agreed in advance. Departure times are by 10:00am.
    Linen and towels are included in the price.

    Update on 8-Sep-2009 : the property is now booked from July, 24th to Aug, 20th. Fisrt available period is from July, 1st to July, 24th.
