Benimar Urbanisation is close to the old Spanish towns of Rojales and Benijofar. It is easily accessed by the main motorway (A-7) from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) Airports. The airport journeys are about 30 minutes away. Both towns give modern amenities along with traditional customs. The towns are both in walking distance. There are many bars and restaurants, and all in walking distance. Throughout the year there are many local fiestas and music and fireworks that take place. Many local markets are about to buy local fruit and veg, and many stalls of clothing. Shopaholics will enjoy the new Habaneras shopping complex that has 60 top name and local shops, this is located next to the hypermarket. There are a couple of beaches nearby, Guardamar 10 min drive and and the seafront town of Torrevieja about 15 mins drive away. There is also a lovely beach in La Marina. Just 5 mins from the villa we have a water Park. Golfers are also catered for with 5 local courses.

Situated in a quiet spot between the Spanish towns Rojales and Benijiofar. There are plenty of authentic Spanish restaurants and bars. A good range of local restaurants, bars and shops, within a few minutes walk. There is a beautiful beach which can be found at Guadamar, ten minute drive. A aquapark is a five minute drive from the villa. If you want more shops Torrevieja is about 15 minute drive away. It has lots of restaurants and bars, it also has a daily market on the promenade. Local markets are on in various towns where you can buy all your local fruit and veg. For the keen golfers, a local golf course La Marquesa is about 6 minute drive.

Notes: For the elderly, care needs to be taken as there are stairs leading up to the front door. There also is stairs going up to the Master bedroom and bathroom. Ceiling fans are in each bedrooms and 2 in the front room.

Welcome: The property will be serviced before arrival of guests. The price does include Electric, Water, Linen and bath towels, which must remain inside the property. Please bring your own beach towels. An iron and Ironing board is also provided. A car is recommended. Airport transfers can easily be arranged along with a hire of a car. Email for price and details. Welcome packs can also be provided with a small charge, for those that might arrive late in the evening.

Local Shops and Markets:: Supermarket about 10 minute walk. Local bars about 2 min walk. There are various banks in Benijofar, 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Local markets in various towns, Monday's: Elche, Orihuela, Santa Pola. Tuesday's: Alicante, Orihuela, Guardamar, La Mata, San Miguel de Salinas. Thursday's: San Javier, Alicante, Rojales. Friday's: Torrevieja. Saturday's: Eleche, Alicante. Sunday's: Elche, El Campo de Guardamar, El Zoco Benijofar.

We chose this villa because of its location knowing that it was in walking distance of a group of bars and restaurants that we where familiar with and its proximity to the local water park.The villa was excellant ,clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would find in your own home.Right over the garden wall was the large communal pool which was a big hit with our two teenage boys.A car is required to visit the many attractions the area has to offer and for trips to the supermarket in rojales to stock up on icecreams.The best food and service we had was in the LETS EAT restaurant pity about the name ! and right across the road in second place was the Italian with a lovely verandah where you can watch the sun set.
