A short walk from the Villa is the famous old town of Albufeira and the ‘Oura Strip’, with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Car hire is not essential when staying at ‘Jardin Da Oura’. The villa does have a carport. As Albufeira is well served by a circuit bus & local taxi service. There is a choice of three beautiful beaches, one is within eight minute leisurely walk form the villa. From there you can walk along the beach right into Albufeira (at low tide). If you are feeling extra energetic carry on to the very end of the beach and climb up the path where you'll have views of the Albufeira Marina. Local actives include a wide range of water sports/ activities are available at the nearby beaches. There is Golf - Balaia is the nearest, cycling, and may more to chosen from whilst you are staying in Albufeira.

Notes: The accommodation comprises of two twin bedrooms, both with balconies, and one has a sea view. Both bed rooms have en-suite facilities these are located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a pull out sofa with two full single mattresses in the spacious lounge/dining room, which has is own shower room. A seven bed can be placed in a bedroom on the first floor. Also on the ground floor there is a fireplace, and a well equipped kitchen. The villa has Satellite TV, DVD, Video player, CD player and radio. Patio doors open from the living room onto a secluded private garden area where there is a BBQ. From the private garden there is direct access to the large swimming pool and padding pool which is set in landscaped garden and there is a sun trap. There is maid service twice a week. Other Information: A local agent is available to meet you and to deal with any issues you may have. The maid comes in to clean twice a week with bedding changed once a week, and towels twice a week. If you require a more frequent service this can be provided please ask for details and cost when booking. Airport pickup, drop off, welcome pack are available as an optional extra payable locally.

Very nice villa, the pool was loved by my children, the beach was only a shot wall from the villa.

Head for the old town there is some lovely resultants overlooking the sea.

Would go back again.

Our time at the Jardin Da Oura Villa was excellent.
The villa was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, and in such a prime location! With restaurants, pubs and clubs virtually 5minutes down the road, there was nothing more we could've asked for. The BBQ was an added bonus, and I would really recommend using it if you get chance. Noise and interference was not an issue, and during our time in Albufeira, the pool was practically for our private use!!
Oliver and the representative in Portugal were of utmost help, and provided a surplus of useful information.
The splash and slide water park is another must - we had a brilliant day out there!
I would not hesitate to book the villa again, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

Perfect for quiet or busy holdiay location

Absolutely fantastic property in a quiet part of town. We travelled with both young and older children. The younger children were safe around the pool and when we went out for an evening meal (different places, every njight). The teenagers 16-20 had fantastic times, venturing out alone at during the day and at night. We felt safe (as did the teenagers - not always a fact in England).

The property is beautifullu decorated with class demonstrat3ed throughout the villa. Both bedrooms have an ensuite and a balcony.. There is plenty of wardrobe space.

Will definately be visitng again in the very near future.

A MUST FOR ALL AGES!
