Large bright open plan Lounge/Diner with TV/ Freeview Satellite Sofabed, dinning table and chairs for up to 8 people. Patio doors leading onto Balcony with table and chairs. Off the lounge you have a fully fitted kitchen with Oven/hob Fridge/freezer, dishwasher,sink and plenty of workspace area. Door leading onto another balcony with gas BBQ. Outside stairs leading to own Pool and terraces with sea views. The lower level offers 3 large double bedroom. (Two with 2 single beds) Travel cot available on request. Utility room with washing machine and airier.

Close by we have a small Supermarket that offers local produce, Drycleaners and Newsagents Other local beaches 10 minutes walk with promenade leading into torrox town with many Restaurants / Bars and beachside cafes, Torrox Town 3kms or Nerja Towncenter 8kms Maro town some 10kms away offers mountain walks and bike rides plus the Maro caves dating back many 100's of years is a very large tourist attraction

Notes: Due to the fact that there are some 12 stairs leading down to the property, it would not therefore be suitable for the disabled (i.e wheelchair) persons however those who are able to use stars would be very welcome.
