Domaine de Vayssières is situated in the beautiful varied countryside of the North Lot. The 'ensemble' is formed by a 150 years old Manor and barns in which the gites Le Platane and Le Figuier are located. The gites are recently restored, salt-pool is newly installed. Gite Le Platane (2-3pers.): kitchen + dining area, living room, bathroom, bedroom. Gite Le Figuier (4 pers.): living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, 1 bathroom with separate toilet room. The garden and pool are shared with the users of the other gite. Nearby are 6 'most beautiful villages of France' and with its lovely rural setting it has many possibilities for fishing, walking and bike ride. Domaine the Vayssières is a charming property of 3 ha., just beside the Dordogne river and only 2,5 km from the village called Bretenoux. There you can find shops, a church, a post office, etc. Other picturesque villages and castles are nearby.

It includes: a small living room and one bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) a sofa bed in the living room (one person) a large kitchen with a dinner table and 4 chairs a refrigerator, coffee maker, water cooker and a toaster a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin

Domaine de Vayssières is situated in the Northern Lot, near the borders of Dordogne and Correze, in a beautiful, hilly countryside. In this area you will find woods, meadows, walnut groves and old farms. Domaine de Vayssières is reached by local road D14. In the area there are 5 the most beautiful French villages to be visited, like Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Curemonte, Autoire and Loubressac. As well worth visiting are the medieval towns of Martel and Roucamadour. Nearby are 4 Golf courses, all on about a 25 minutes drive from the house. The Dordogne River, for fishing, swimming and canoeing is on only 100 m distance. The region counts many Chateaux, fortified towns, museum etc. The medieval Chateau Castelnau is only 2 km away. Shopping centres in old towns like Bretenoux, Saint-Ceré, Martel, Brive and Souillac. Super stores like Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour and LeClerq are easy to reach within a max. distance of 5 km.

  • Your stay:
    You are welcome on your day of arrival from 2:30 pm onwards. On your departure day you should leave your rooms by 10:30 am.
    Rental price excludes bed linen.
    You are kindly requested to leave your room as tidy and clean as you found them.

    Deposit:
    Upon arrival you will be asked to leave a deposit of € 100, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay, excluding the reimbursement of possible damage to the property you may have caused.

    Payment:
    You are kindly requested to transfer 50% of the total rental price within 14 days from your reservation. Please mention the rental dates and name of the apartment (gîte). We will provide you our bank account coordinates at the time of your booking. The reservation can only be confirmed upon reception of this deposit.
    The remaining amount (plus the mandatory cleaning fees) must be paid in cash upon arrival.

    Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Reservations and payment are subject to our general conditions.
