Newly restored Provencal Style Villa (300 m2) in the village of St. Jean Cap Ferrat. The Villa has a stunning sea view and is in within walking distance of the beach and a wide variety of restaurants. The living room opens onto a large terrace which overlooks the port of St. Jean. The villa is only 10 mins. walk from the famous Passable beach on the west side of Cap Ferrat in the bay of Villefranche. Local amenities include sailing club, Marina, sub-aqua diving club, local Zoo and the The Rothschild Museum to name but a few. All the way around the Cap Ferrat peninsula there is a water front path which is ideal for fishing, walking or the morning jog.
