The luxurious, air-conditioned, two bedroom, Venetian apartment is situated on the front-line and is just 10 metres from the clear blue waters of the beautiful fjord of Boka Korska, Montenegro. It is a 10 minute stroll from the gates of Kotor old town. The apartment which was fully refurbished in 2006 sleeps 5, with a double and a single bedroom and full size spring action sofa bed in the lounge. It has two fully tiled bathrooms, a large kitchen-diner and all the utilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including washer/drier, TV & video and microwave. Whilst you will have the windows open permanently to take advantage of the stunning views across the Fjord, for your comfort there is full air-conditioning, which is also heating should it be required. The apartment is a one and half hour drive from the Croatian city of Dubrovnik, which is connected by daily flights to Manchester and London or 20 minutes from Tivat airport which has regular flights to Gatwick.

The apartment is located in the village of Muo and is a 10 minute stroll from the gates of Kotor old town. The medieval town of Kotor, a listed UNESCO World Heritage Site, has an enchanting history dating back to the Roman Empire. This historic town is graced with Venetian architectural style, beautiful meandering walkways, and numerous elegant Piazzas, which enchant you with their bustle and excitement. Kotor is unique in Montenegro with its medieval charm, with all the attractions and entertainment of a stylish town, together with the added benefit of its position on the Boka Kotorska Fjord, which is listed as one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World. The unspoilt beauty of the Lustica peninsular, with its secluded coves and romantic villages is 20 minutes away and the Adriatic resorts, with their long sandy beaches can be reached in 30 minutes. A little further away is the famous monastery of Sveti Stefan and the dramatic beauty of Lake Skadar.
