A lovely large (400 sq m) Provencal bastide set in a very peaceful plot of private parkland (12,000 sq m) on the southern heights of Valbonne enjoying a sunny south facing aspect with uninterrupted views near to the historic medieval village of Valbonne with its wonderful market. It is within easy access of both the countryside and the coast. Access to the completely fenced property is by electric gates. Covered parking for 4 cars (more on the large drive). The villa is on 3 levels. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) and a single bedroom and family bathroom and toilet. Entrance level is a large living room, dining room, kitchen and double bedroom with dressing room and en suite shower room and toilet. The pool level offers a large living room/playroom, laundry, summer kitchen, office, a double bedroom, shower room and toilet. Outside is a large salt water pool with diving board, swings, trampoline and play house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Upon booking 50% of the total rental is due and the balance is due 6 weeks before rental commencement date. A security deposit of 1000 British Pounds is required 6 weeks before rental commencement date which will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of villa.

    Rental price Includes: bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mats, tea towels, gas, electricity, water, laundering linen and final clean of the villa at the end of your holiday. Beach towels not included.

    Additional cleaning is available on request and charged at €15 per hour. These charges should be paid before departure directly to the cleaner.

    If the villa is left in an unreasonable condition then additional cleaning will be charged at 15 euros per hour.

    We regret we do not accept pets at the villa or allow smoking inside the villa.

Last july we spent a fabulous week at the beautiful villa in Valbonne. The house is situated in a private and quiet surrounding next to the forrest, yet minutes away from the lively village Valbonne (with excellent restaurant and grocery stores) and 20 minutes from the beaches of Antibes and Cannes. We were there with 6 adults and 4 small children, who had the best time in the big garden, playing with all the toys, steps, trampoline etc, while the parents relaxed at the pool. We would love to come back again next summer, hopelfully for more than 1 week, and we highly recommand the villa as your perfect holiday destination!

Very beautiful villa, in picturesque settings, surrounded by stunning views, large garden and woods. Very easy access to lovely beaches, Nice, Cane, Monaco & Monte Carlo, etc.
The villa is large and easily accomodated 10 of us. It may need a bit of maintenance, although the current decor only adds to the charm.
I found the owners very friendly and accommodating. The carer of the villa who lives nearby is the same.
Overall, an excellent place & location, with lots to offer.
Would love to go back and would strongly reccommend it.

Only minutes to beautiful Southern French towns, beaches, cusine & culture, yet total privacy and tranquillity for relaxing and renewing yourselves.

Great place to stay

I had this property recommended by a friend and it was a great find, plenty of space for all the family, 3 kids and in laws. Rooms all a good size very clean with plenty of towels and sheets.
Pool area was fantastic had the great benifit of the down stairs kitchen we spent most of our time there.
Really great location, Valbonne a great village with every thing on offer 40 mins to Monaco 20 mins to beach.
Owners really friendly happy to help with any problems (child needing a doctor!)
Am hoping to back some time very soon
