This beautiful modern villa is presented in a beach-house style with its light and airy rooms along with quality, tasteful furnishings. Its enviable location is just 60 meters from the beach and about a 10 minutes walk to the marina of Puerto Banus. The spectacular lounge, with double-height galleried ceilings and generous windows offers a very light, tranquil and relaxed interior. This is reflected in the minimalistic and clutter-free furnishing. There is satellite television here offering both SKY and domestic broadcasts. Through the large sliding doors you will find the terrace providing you with comfortable seating for both relaxing and dining. There are sun awnings here should you wish to have more shade. At the end of the terrace you will find the generous private swimming pool with its roman steps for easy entry and the private lawn garden. The newly installed kitchen, with its clean, modern lines in simple white, provides all the appliances you could require.

Just off the Golden mile of Marbella, this property has a most enviable location in one of the best-known resorts of Europe. It is situated on a peaceful, private, residential road that leads directly to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo - only 60 meters away. It would take approximately 10 minutes to walk along the beach to Puerto Banus harbour with its restaurants, bars and night life. Close to the house there is a beach bar (or cheringuito) specialising in sea-food. The Marbella club and the the Puente Romano Hotel are both about a 20 minute walk away along the beach front walkway. The bustling Marbella old town centre if a further ten minutes walk from here.

Notes: The three spacious en-suite bedrooms are all located on the upper level of the house where you will also find a large terrace with sea views - there is an extra dining area for four people which would be ideal for a relaxed breakfast in the sun. On the terrace there is a short spiral staircase to the roof-top solarium with its all-day sun and wonderful views of the Mediterranean coast. Each of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles and modern finishing. This private villa is fully air-conditioned and has under-floor heating for the cooler months. We strongly recommend this house to those that are searching for quality and tranquility in one of the world’s most famous resorts.

Car Hire and airport transfers from Malaga: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you from Malaga airport. You will be met at the airport and directed to the villa by a local car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a quote. Airport transfers can also be arranged.

Charter your own private yacht for the day: If you fancy a trip into the Med, we can arrange excursions from Estepona port. The boat can be hired for 350 Euros for the day for up to eight people and will take you out into the straights of Gibraltar where it is often possible to see dolphins. If you prefer, you can take cruise along the coast line and swim from the boat. Food and drinks (bar) can be made available to your requirements. Do ask about this service when booking as it does become busy during high season and public holidays. (NB this boat is fully insured to operate this type of service and always carries the minimum crew required)
