Beautiful and lovely decorated 'finca' situated in a tranquil area but still only 2 km from the beach of Alcudia. It consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, this last bedroom also has a loft with another double bed. There are two complete bathrooms (one outside by the pool) a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a cosy lounge/ diner with fireplace. Furnished terrace with a barbecue area, air condition for summer and chimney and heating for winter. Spacious terraces, garden and private pool. Satellite TV, ping-pong table and pool table.

Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm the booking, the 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival to the property.
    Booking payments can be made either by bank´s transfer to our Spanish account or by credit card, with a 2% supplement on card´s charge.
    Payments on arrival can be made by cash, credit card (+2% supplement) or traveller cheques.
    As an inventory and breakage deposit, a credit card number is required for the maximum amount of 300 Euros, only chargeable in case of any damage caused to the property.
    Cancellation charges:
    If a cancellation is made with more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund half of the deposit paid.
    Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to the arrival date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
    The minimum rental period is one week.
    The property is booked from 15.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
