Stroll down to the 'Old Town' of Albufeira which still retains much of a small-town charm. The narrow, cobbled streets of the old town are lined with white washed houses, restaurants, bars and shops. Each night fishing boats set off from the beach, returning with fresh fish to be sold in the local markets. A daily market sells handicrafts and jewellery and the pretty town square is a great place to watch the world go by. Bars and restaurants still sell authentic food and Portuguese wine at reasonable prices. The colours, flavours and aromas create unique moments of gastronomic tradition. The Fisherman's beach where you can enjoy the sun all day long is within easy access of the apartment. A colourful Marina in Albufeira is a scenic stroll from the apartment, there you will find an abundance of water sport activities to choose from including para-sailing, scuba diving, jet ski hire, deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, dolphin searching safari and many more.

The apartment is a short walk to the Old Town of Albufeira with it's quaint narrow cobbled streets and abundance of evening entertainment.The Town Square is particularly vibrant and surrounded by a selection of restaurants and pubs thus providing a great evening of entertainment. Not far away is the famous 'strip' which has a large selection of pubs, restaurants, and busy nightlife especially geared up for the younger crowd.The famous Praia da Pescadores ( Fisherman's beach) is within walking distance and offers you the opportunity to relax all day soaking up the sun, enjoying light lunches and refreshments at one of the many beach cafes or restaurants. The colourful Marina of Albufeira is less than 2km from the apartment and easily accessible by a walkway along the coastline stopping for refreshments along the way. The marina offers a wide variety of water sports. Algarve shopping centre is a 5 minute drive with numerous retail outlets, bowling, cinemas and restaurants.

  • Conditions
    Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.
    We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds
    A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival.. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.

Albufeira has a well equipped Marina supporting a wide range of water sports and organised activities such as fishing trips, scuba diving, dolphin watching, jet ski hire, private charters, sunset cruises and sailing can all be arranged from the town itself

Golf: Golf on the Algarve is world famous and being centrally located in the Algarve. The five Vilamoura courses are only 20 minutes drive away. Balaia, Salgados and Pine Cliffs a mere 10 minutes drive. Other great golf courses like Quinta do Lago, S. Lorenzo and Vale do Lobo or Vila Sol are just an easy half-hour drive away.

Aqua and Theme Parks: Enjoy a day out with the children at the famous Aqua Show Park and Zoo Marine both of which are a short drive from the apartment
