The apartment is set on a new exclusive development in landscaped grounds with swimming pool and is only 5 minutes walk from the famous ‘Strip’, with its huge selection of restaurants and bars; ideally located for those who like to be within easy walking distance of excellent facilities, while still enjoying a relaxing holiday away from it all. Stylishly furnished to a high quality, fully equipped and air-conditioned, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday in the Algarve. There is a spacious lounge and dining area, with a dining table seating four, sofa bed, TV, freeview box, DVD and ample storage. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and dressing table, with access to the south facing balcony with table and chairs- perfect for alfresco dining. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Albufeira still retains much of a small-town charm. The narrow, cobbled streets of the old town are lined with white washed houses, restaurants, bars and shops. Each night fishing boats set off from the beach, returning with fresh fish to be sold in the local markets. A daily market sells handicrafts and jewellery and the pretty town square is a great place to watch the world go by. Bars and restaurants still sell authentic food and Portuguese wine at reasonable prices. The colours, flavours and aromas create unique moments of gastronomic tradition. In the surroundings of Parque da Corcovada, you can find beautiful, blue flag beaches. Most are served with a bar or restaurant with fantastic seafood and local dishes and the larger beaches feature extensive watersport facilities. Just five minutes walk away is the famous “Strip”, as it is referred to locally. This is a lively, one kilometre long avenue leading to Praia da Oura (one of the nearby beaches) lined with cafes & restaurants

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges.
    Clients must provide their own beach towels.
    Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 € and 10 € per week, you must ask for them before arriving.
    Your accommodation is reserved from 5.00pm on the day of arrival. On the morning of your day of departure we ask you to vacate by 12.00 am to give the maid time to prepare the property for the next arrivals.
  • Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. No other persons are permitted to stay at the accommodation unless this has been agreed in writing and appropriate payments made.
    The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%.
    Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date or at the time of booking if your arrival date is within this period. If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed.

    8. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday, medical and cancellation insurance.
  • Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply:
    -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing
    Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows:
    Up to 9 weeks before arrival - loss of deposit
    7 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
    5 - 6 weeks before arrival - 75% of total cost
    4 weeks or less before arrival - 100% of total cost
    An administration fee will be charged on all refunds

    A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival.. This will be refunded upon your departure subject to there being no breakage / damage.
