This luxury house is in the award winning community of Villacana which is between Estepona & San Pedro de Alcantara near Marbella. The house has a private walled courtyard with a table & 4 chairs & 2 sun loungers. The house has satellite television & a Hi-Fi. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. The facilities in Villacana include a shared private swimming pool a large communal pool, several restaurants & bars, one with music, tennis courts a gym, internet facilities including WI-Fi, secure parking & 24 hour security & a small supermarket. The village of Cancelada is within walking distance with a good variety of shops restaurants & bars. The bus-stop is within 100 meters,with a regular service to Estepona, San Pedro, Puerto Banus & Marbella. The Taxi service is excellent. The beautiful beach has sunbeds, and there is a beach bar nearby.
