Sleeping up to 6+ people, this brand new luxury villa is in a prime location only 5 min walk from the El Pinet Beach at La Marina Playas. The blue flag beach is bounded by a nature reserve; ideal for bird watching, walks and picnics. Being suitably placed to combine a relaxing holiday with discovery of the Costa Blanca, nearby are Santa Pola, Guardamar and Alicante, Elche, Torrevieja and La Manga. Also excellently placed for golfing enthusiasts with an ideal winter climate, several courses are close by; La Marquesa at Rojales is 10 min away, Las Ramblas is 20 min away and El Plantio, near the Airport is 20 min away. More famously La Manga Resort is around an hour away by car. The villa has its own private pool and a solarium providing stunning views of the coast. There is also a large communal pool just across the street from the villa.

The location of the villa is in El Pinet. Just outside the beautiful little village of La Marina La Playa. Just south (15-20 minutes) of Alicante airport and the Marina of Alicante. Santa Pola and Guadamar are 10 minutes away. With Torrevieja 20 minutes to the south and La Manga a further 25 minutes. There are a number of golf courses within a very short distance of El Pinet. Benidorm is only 45 minutes away. Transport from either Alicante Airport or Murcia Airport can be arranged.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at time of booking (this amount will be credited to the total fee when the booking has been completed).
    Discounts may be applied if booking more than one week & for last minute bookings [within 2 weeks of departure]. £150 security deposit will be required in addition to the advertised rates. 25% of the rate or £150, whichever is greater will be required at the time of booking with the remainder required 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks in advance, full payment will be required.
    The security deposit will be refunded after the keys have been returned and the villa and pool have been checked and the keys are handed back.

The Villa was absolutely lovely, just as described . The pool was a complete success especially with the children, it was very well looked after. The walk to the beach was pleasant but unless you like a good walk, which we dont mind, a car would be required for getting to the village. La Bistro in the village is run by a very nice english couple and their staff, it is very clean and the food is excellent and reasonably priced. All in all a very successful holiday enjoyed by us all.

Fantastic Relaxing Family Holiday

This is the most relaxing family holiday we have ever had.

The transfer time from Alicante airport was approx 20mins max, with one straight and easy to drive road before turning into the new development.

We arrived at the villa to exactly as the report on the website had quoted 'luxury villa with private pool, terrace and sea views'. On entry to the villa it was so much more. Beautifully decorated and furnished to an exceptional standard, with all the facilities you would need to enjoy your stay. Three sumptious bedrooms, two bathrooms, Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine (a real bonus!), relaxing lounge and dining area, balcony from the master room and from the solarium you could see for miles the stunning views of the area both day and night.

Outside was just as wonderful. The terrace area was lovely for morning tea and late evening drinks, swimming pool, so clean and cool and the BBQ (we had two!) was great to enjoy those evenings in.

The surrounding area was quiet and friendly and we enjoyed many nights out such walking down to the sandy beach to one of the restaurants. Paella went down well, whilst our son enjoyed good old Chicken and Chips!!

Thank you for sharing your villa with us, it was a great holiday.

Good value, relaxing holiday

We stayed at this Villa in July 09. It was a lovely villa, well kept, clean and good value for money. The pool was lovely and having air conditioning was a real bonus. The property is only 5 mins walk from a really nice beach and has another great beach about 5 mins drive. Most other things require a car drive to get to so I would defintely recommend a car.
We spent a lot of time at the beach, around the pool and having BBQ's at the Villa - it is perfect for this type of holiday.
