Set in argueably the most desirable area of Mojacar, La Parata. Set in its own secure fully enclosed grounds with 8x4m swimmnig pool, driveway, terraces, and shaded patio area for dining Al fresco. Enter the house through entrance porch into large dining/lounge which has Sky TV, Spanish TV, home entertainment system, wood burning stove and A/C. The kitchen is off the dining room and is fully fitted with Granite worktops and integral appliances. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor one double, one twin, with the main bathroom conveniently positioned between them. On the first floor the master en suite double bedroom with Patio doors leading to large roof terrace. The house is fully Air Conditioned.
