Brand new modern south facing timber frame house with oak floorboards. A small private swimming pool and 30 m2 covered wood terraces with BBQ/plancher.3 Upstairs bedrooms with 1 bathroom and wc, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, Upstairs open plan living area with sofa bed. Downstairs 1 bedroom with double bed. Modern Kitchen with all new mod cons. dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc. Washing machine. The kitchen is open plan on to the salon and then through sliding doors onto the terraces. Sky TV and DVD machine, XBOX 360, internet connection. Private parking. 5 min walk to local bar and restaurant and 2km drive to large supermarket.5km to Hossegor beach and 800m to tennis courts, football and fishing.

5 km west lies the Atlantic ocean giving you some of the best surfing beaches in Europe. 30 km to the south lies Biarritz and then 15 minutes on from here is Spain and the basque country. Great mountain walking and biking is had in the Pyrenean mountains here. Through out this region of France you are surrounded by pine trees and a traditional feel, from the food (duck) to the wine. The miles and miles of sandy beaches with fabulous sun sets can be enjoyed from a large choice of seaside bars and restaurants, the port of capbreton is only a few kilometres away and a nice home-made ice cream can be enjoyed while strolling the boardwalk. The lake of Hossegor is a perfect jogging spot and likewise is the centre of Hossegor for its shopping. There are a countless number of things to do with Seignosse be so well placed between Spain, Bpordeaux and Toulouse. Nightlife is abundant along with lazy days.Enjoy your holiday!
