Beautiful villa with a great location, within walking distance from the beach of Sa Riera! Suited for 7 people, this accommodation is situated on a terrain of 3000 m2 and the beach of Sa Riera is only 700m distance away. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, terrace, garden with a lawn, private parking place and a large private swimming pool (10 x 5 metres). The kitchen is completely renewed in the winter from 2008/2009. It now has all modern equipment, like a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove. Also the bathrooms are completely new. The house has a total of 4 bedrooms. Two of which are double bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one is a single bedroom. The house itself has an area of 145 m2. Here you'll find the living room which is connected to the dining room. From here you have direct access to the large terrace and the garden at the back of the house. The living room is fitted with fire place, television set, DVD and CD.

Sa Riera Beach is the one of the largest beaches in Begur, however with a length of 300 meters it still does not qualify as a large beach. There are showers available, a first aid post, toilets, volleyball nets, boat rentals and a diving school. Since 2007 a small boulevard area has been built close to the beach providing the beach with a vibrant atmosphere, plenty of restaurants and terraces. This beach also has a path which runs along the coast in the direction of the beach of Pals. The other direction leads to a smaller beach which also borders on the bay of Sa Riera. The beach is perfect for children and has fine granulated sand. There are also plenty of good restaurants to choose from, a supermarket for fresh bread and in the weekend there is a small market.
