This is the pleasure that will await you if you choose this fantastic airey and modern 2 storey Villa With 3 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 En Suite), a spacious lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, 2 private terraces leading off the master bedroom and your own private pool, you could not wish for more to make your holiday a very special one. There is air con and central heating throughout. After a day on the golf course or basking in the sun, relax on the large corner leather sofa and watch the large flat screen TV. There is an English satellite system and DVD player, so the choice of what to watch is yours. The large shaded terrace in the garden is perfect for dining out, throw a few steaks on the BBQ then go for dip in your own private pool. Fantastic!

Rugged mountains, rolling green field,s golden sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Murcia enjoys a year-round average temperature of 20 degrees Celcius and is blessed with nearly 3000 hours of sunshine annually. The region is lapped by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor, a great saltwater lagoon with salt marshes, ecosystems, islands and unique flora and fauna. Murcia City is definately worthy of a visit , explore the fabulous architcture,cobbled streets and wonderful cathedral. Cartagena is a great day out with its nautical history and shops to die for, sit and take in the view at the port, eat a little tapas and watch the boats come and go....perfect! For fun days out try Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia or simply pick one of the many glorious beaches in the area. Try surfing in the Med or lazing by the Mar Menor. Sierra Espuna national park is worth a visit too, the views are out of this world.

  • The Master bedroom (ensuite) is beautifully decorated with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds (please advise at time of booking if you would like this option). There are fully fitted wardrobes which also houses a personal safe and plenty of coat hangers. You have a choice of two terraces that lead off from this bedroom a small terrace with a table and two chairs to the front of the villa and a larger terrace at the back with a comfy rattan sofa and chairs. On the same floor as the master bedroom is the second bedroom (ensuite) this has two single beds which can be made into one double bed (please advise when booking). Just like the master bedroom it has a fully fitted wardrobe with plenty of hangers. On the ground floor is the third bedroom with 2 single beds, adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom. again you will have a fully fitted wardrobe with plenty of wooden hangers. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and all have central heating.

Notes: There is an eighteen hole golf course and driving range on this extremely popular Polaris 5 Star resort. The clubhouse is a great 19th hole, perfect for either a drink or snack. It has its own town centre where you will find bars and restaurants, one of the bars has a large flat screen TV and shows all the top sporting events. There is also a supermarket where you can buy many English products. Spa and Gym facilities are available at the recently opened 5* Intercontinental hotel. The hotel boasts some of finest dining in the area and the infinity pool looks truly inviting.
