This beautifully furnished first floor apartment is located in a new complex, in a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet within easy walking distance of the Albufeira Old Town. 3 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen, satellite tv in all bedrooms and living room. There are 2 pools, adults and children and a full size Tennis Court. Situated on the first floor, It has 3 balconies. Electronic blinds in all rooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, with jacuzzi, shower over bath, bidet, sink unit and toilet. There is a separate shower room adjacent to 2nd and 3rd Bedroom With sink unit, toilet and shower. The apartment can sleep 7/8 and a baby, we provide the cot.

There are various shops a short walk away including an authentic Portuguese restaurant, pastelaria and supermarket. The complex is a 15/20 min walk from the Albufeira Old Town centre and from the Tunel and Fishermans Beach. The old town has an array of international cuisine and Portuguese restaurants with typical fresh fish menu. The marina is also only a short walk away with over 400 boats moored there and bars, restaurants and cafes. Zoomarine and two water parks that provide wonderful entertainment for the family and are all within close proximity. The 'strip' is a just a short taxi ride away, they cost around €5. A car is not needed as everything you need is within walking distance of the apartment.

Beaches: There are many beautiful beaches east or west of Albufeira. Galé and Sao Rafael beach in 10 min drive. Albufeira beach 15/20 min walk. Oura Beach (Strip) in 5min drive.

Services: Car hire information also available. Airport transfers available. Please contact for prices. We can arrange welcome packs, by request, if you having a late flight (€15/20]. Salgados Golf course in 10 min drive. Only a 20 minutes drive to Vilamoura golf course

Beautiful, new, spacious, stylish apartment equipped with everything you need - including glasses, dishes and cutlery for 18 persons! Pool was nice, just warm enough. Located in a wealthy area outside of the town; but you can walk to shops - if you want. Nice contact to friendly lady who looks after the apartment and gave us quite some helpful advice. My husband loved the flatscreen-TV! We spent more time in the apartment than we had planned! Large balcony as well.
Apartment is just 5 minutes from the freeway, so you can travel to all sides of the algarve from here easily. Spain is only an hour away, beautiful Lagos just over half an hour.
