This Apartment is 3 years old, 1 double room en suite and a twin room with sliding doors to terrace and panoramic sea views, it has integrated appliances, granite work surfaces, satellite TV, ceiling fans in all rooms, only one other adjoining apartment. The Balcony wall height has been increased with installation of a wall of toughened safety glass. It is very private and benefits from a cool breeze in summer. A short walk away there is a local supermarket that bakes its own bread, is open 8am to 9 pm 7 days a week and accepts all major credit cards. Many restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within walking distance. The apartment is serviced by the local bus network. Enjoys panoramic sea views over the Med, also to the side of the apartment a hillside were tropical birds nest. Long ago Moores & Christians battled for control of the white washed hill top town Mojacar Pueblo which overlooks the coast, re-enactment is held in June each year. Mojacar Playa has restaurants with Spanish Flamenco dancers, beach bars open in the evening, a host of nightclubs. Walk the streets of the Pueblo, savour the atmosphere, flavours & views. Also visit the Old Walled town in Almeria City, day trips are available from Mojacar. Hire a car visit Benizalon only 1 hour inland, it reminds me of Tuscany with its Hilltop Monastery & vine yards, or amble along the coast, you will find many fishing villages to explore. There is a large shopping center 'The Grand Plaza' in Almeria City. Also 3 fantastic golf courses & a Spa treatment center at Valle de Serre all within a 5 mile radius of the apartment. Or you can get a full body massage on the beach at El Patio Beach bar.There is a Water Park at Vera Mini Hollywood at Tabernas with its animal enclosures & a Go Kart track a short drive.
