The apartment has everything you need for a great holiday right across the road from the beautiful port of Antibes. It has a spacious lounge, bedroom, bathroom with tub, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen and office with desk. The apartment has a lovely sunny patio facing the port, ideal for a relaxing evening meal with wine and great views. It is a short walk to the old town of Antibes, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the train station, you need no car and by train you can visit all the places on the Côte d'Azur.

Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, Antibes has the largest private marina in Europe and is home to most luxurious yachts in the world. The old town dates back to the fifth century BC and is a labyrinth of charming streets filled with shops, street cafés, restaurant, galleries, and countless artisan workshops situated in and around the town. Antibes offers shoppers a variety of unique goods. Renoir's home and the Picasso museum, which contains the artists locally inspired works, are testimony to the rich cultural history and beauty of Antibes. The town is also the gateway to the gorgeous Cap d'Antibes, with its stunning panoramic views of secluded sandy beaches and beautiful bays.

Ceiling fan in the bedroom. Extra fan for the living room. Long term rentals welcome at discounted rates for low season (1 October to April 30). Kitchen has: tea kettle, coffee machine, Toaster, Iron, Ironing board, dishwasher, all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses etc. 4 burner halogen stove and extractor fan. Towels for the bathroom are provided, 2 large towels and 2 small towels per person. Bring your own beach towels. Hairdryer provided.
