Wonderful home-from-home accommodation in a spacious villa with lovely pool and garden which are lovingly maintained by the owners, who live throughout the year in the apartment downstairs. The Villa has two double bedrooms and a 3rd Optional Bedroom for 1 adult or 2 children and two bathrooms. Apart from the spacious lounge/dining area there are lots of outdoor sitting and dining areas, which are bound to make your holiday one to remember. The best thing about the Villa is the fact that it is central to everything. Puerto Banus is a short 10 minute walk away, the beach is 10 minutes walk and the famous Saturday morning Puerto Banus Market is 5 minutes on foot. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance. If you do not wish to hire a car, the bus-stop is only 10 minutes away. There is also a great variety of restaurants & bars, all within easy reach. If you are feeling lucky the Casino at the H10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel is only a 5 minute stroll away. Why not book today?

Located 5 minutes from the Puerto Banus Bullring, 5 minutes from the Casino and 10 minutes from the wonderful World Famous Puerto Banus Harbour. The villa is situated in a quiet residential Cul-de-Sac, yet minutes walk to all the bars and night life. Puerto Banus is between Malaga and Gibraltar, and 6 km from Marbella. There is an amazing choice of beaches all along the coast and for those wanting a cultural break, there are too many places of interest to list here - contact owner for details. Golf,Flamenco dancing, water sport, fishing and dolphin boat trips are all local activities. There are many local markets, an enormous choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Most places speak English, but there are also some lovely Spanish areas to visit. The local beaches, all within walking distance are splendid and well equipped with beach bars, restaurants and activities. Golf courses surround this villa, and the owner can arrange tee times.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The villa is available all year round.
    The villa usually sleeps 4 but can accommodate 6 with with a small sofa bed provided on request, for which there is a small surcharge.
    Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival and on departure including laundry.
    Additional cleaning can be pre-arranged at a rate of 16 euros per hour.
    A welcome pack is provided on request for any booking of 7 nights or more.
    Bookings are minimum of 7 days peak months and negotiable off peak months.
    Changeover day is negotiable but normally weekends during peak months.
    A 50% deposit is required at point of booking & balance payable one month prior to beginning of stay.
    A key/security deposit of 200 €uros is required on arrival and is returned on departure.
    The additional charge per week per extra person over 4 is 50 €uros p/p/p week
    We can also arrange quotes for Car Hire, Airport Transfers, Tee-times, Babysitting etc. Please email or call the owner if you have any questions.
  • Payments can be made either in €uros or GBP (Sterling). Normally via bank transfer, but contact owner for other payment methods.

The villa is located in a very beautiful secure and friendly area, in a tranquil neighbourhood. The apartments inside the villa are nice and everything is clean and like in the photos. Overall the villa is fairly priced, close to the beaches and to the port of Puerto Banus (10/15 minutes foot walk). The owners are great and very gentle. I would recommend renting.

couldn't have picked a better place,will certainly return .walking distance for all amenities .good bus service and the hosts were very helpful and friendly .
Very nice pool and gardens plenty of shaded areas if you wanted a cool down.Sun loungers if you wanted a tan.
The only fault I can think of is that the booking should have been for two weeks instead of one!!!!!

Delightful villa in a quiet but central location in Puerto Banus. Excellent accommodation, set in lovely gardens, which has been lovingly maintained by the owners. We had a wonderful holiday there which was in no small measure due to the quality and location of the villa. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone in search of a first rate holiday location.
