A brand new privately owned luxury 3 bed, 3 bathroom villa on the prestigious award winning Alma Verde village and spa development 10Km west of Lagos, 2km from Burgau beach, 6km from Salema beach. Upstairs the master room has a kingsize bed, en-suite with bath and shower, hidden safe, roof terrace with lounger, table & chairs. The second bedroom has twin beds and en-suite shower room. All bedrooms have lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Roof terrace to landing. Downstairs, a well equipped luxury kitchen leading to dining room, spacious lounge with wireless broadband, 42' colour tv with cable, dvd and double bed settee. Third bedroom with twin beds, en-suite shower room. All bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The villa has a Cool House climate control system, central heating and is tastefully decorated throughout. Outside, large terrace, 8 sun loungers, patio table and chairs to seat 8, umbrella, BBQ, pool with cover(heated if required), steps at shallow end.

Visit some of the numerous top quality beaches along the Western Algarve coast, the closest being the quaint little fishing village of Burgau, a 2 minute drive away, further west, Salema and even further along the coastline are Figueira, Fumas, Ingrina, Zavial and Martinhaal, all have clean sandy beaches, wonderful dining and very family friendly. Venture a little further to the Atlantic coast and enjoy the excellent surfing or drive inland through the beautiful hillside country in the National Park. With lots of restaurants, cafes and bars Lagos also offers a fantastic range of shopping, banking facilities and a stunning marina from which to enjoy boat trips along the stunning Algarve coast, dolphin watching and numerous water sports. Visit Aqualand near Carvoeiro, Marine World and Zoo at Guia and over 20 golf courses all within less than 1 hours drive

Cancellation 4-8 weeks before departure - 50% of total charge refunded. 2-4 weeks - 20% of total charge refunded. 0-2 weeks - no refund unless re-booked then 90% total charge refunded
