Beach apartment on the Sesimbra ocean front, with one master bedroom with a double bed and a window directly facing the sea, one single bedroom room, a Miele equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa-bed for two, and a dinning area. The highlight of the apartment, however, is the view from the balcony, which is the never-ending, waveless Sesimbra sea. The apartment is located just in front of the beach entrance, and is a pleasurable 5 minute walk through the streets of the old fishing village from any convenience you might need, such as small but well stocked grocery stores, two spas (one of them in the apartment building, the other with a swimming pool), a hairdresser (in the building next door), as well as the very best fresh sea-food restaurants, both high-end and budget, in Portugal... and that is truly saying something!

  • 1.) Booking -- reservations are assured after the payment of 30% of the price of stay, by means of a bank transfer.
    -- the remaining price must be paid until 30 days before the intended time of stay.
    -- any alteration to the intended dates or period of stay will only be accommodated if possible.
    -- a security deposit of 50% of the total in cash is required upon entry (against receipt), to cover any damage or extra expenses. If the house is returned in proper conditions, this deposit will be refunded personally when your stay is over or by means of a bank transfer within 2 weeks of your leaving the house.
  • 2.) Cancellation -- In the event of client cancellation, any payments made until that time are non-refundable.
  • 3.) Insurance -- we recommend that clients take on independent insurance, seen as, although the property is insured against fire and other insurable hazards, this does not cover guests belongings.
    -- moreover, the insurance does not cover any damage to property or furniture caused by misuse or any intentional or negligent behavior is also not insured, and therefore is at the risk and responsibility of guests.

Activities: Not only does Sesimbra offer a great variety of beach activities, such as beach and water sports, but the village itself has a great day and night life. An expression or fresh fruit juice at sunset or after-dinner cocktail with the sea as a view are always available pleasures. With its proximity to Serra da Arrabida (literally 10 minute drive), country activities such as horse riding, hiking, golf (at Quinta do Peru), or such a leisurely drive through the local countryside are always great options. If you are into wines or the winemaking culture and methods, a trip to Azeitão village is a great idea, with its centuries-old vineyards that are still owned by the same families that first started to cultivate them in the region. A must try if you are a wine and cheese lover is the local goat cheese, queso de Azeitão (Azeitão cheese), and the regional sweet wine called Moscatel.
