Situated in a quiet and peaceful area of 5500m' 30minutes driving distance from Lisbon airport and the beautiful coastal beaches, this gorgeous villa has everything you and your family will need. This charming house has several spacious and comfortable bedrooms, a large lounge and dinning area with double french windows outlooking to the veranda and front of the house. It also has a large kitchen and two bathrooms, and parking space for 5 cars. Additionally if you need help, my sister lives nearby and will be happy to help you with directions to restaurants, shops etc, or even airport collection....references available....30 minutes driving/train distance from central Lisbon, where many places of interest can be found. Nearest village is within 5/10 minutes drive and many shops can be found here. Smaller shops can be found within 10 minutes walk from the house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Details in the property description are terms incorporated in your booking, i.e. maximum occupancy. We reserve the right to modify property specifications if necessary,you pay the down payment of 30 per cent,the rest you pay when you get the keys in a property.
  • If you have to cancel your booking please do so as quickly as possible. The down payment of 30% will be non refundable if the cancellation is made within 6 weeks of arrival date. If your cancellation is made prior to 6 weeks of arrival date then the down payment will be fully refunded. Please let us know immediately by telephone and then confirm your cancellation in writing. When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding agreement.
  • There is a charge of £75.00 (NOT INC. IN RENT BALANCE and made payable with deposit and down payment) for the cleaning staff on departure date. Please inform us of arrival and departure times at the house as soon as you are aware of them so that we can arrange for my brother to drop and pick up the house keys.Please inform us as soon as possible on your return regarding any breakages/damage to the property, garden, entrance or contents. The cost of replacement/repair will be discussed with you before There will be no compensation for any losses during your house stay. If any losses are found after you have left then these will be returned to you, however please ensure you pack all your belongings before departure.

Notes: Being a typical Portuguese house, the inside of the house remains very cool in summer which is excellent giving the high temperatures of the spring summer season. A salamander stove maintains the house warm during the winter periods. Extremely suitable for children and pets, as the house is all on one level and property is closed off with fence and gates, also plenty of open place... In addition bear in mind that smoking is only allowed outside of the house.
