The cottage South Wind is situated on the sunny side of Grainau. 4 apartments are located on the 1st floor of the main house. The romantic 33 m2 log cabin is situated in the garden. It boasts an open kitchen, dining space for 2 persons, a fireplace, a four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower. The log cabin sauna, barbecue and playground and bio-pool in the ruggedly picturesque garden with the marvellous panoramic view of the mountains will let you forget your daily routine. Both children and pets are welcome. The “Höhenrain-Panorama-Weg”, one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Grainaus and the starting point for all your excursions, begins right at our doorstep. Grainau lies at the foot of the Zugspitze and is charming all year round. In spring, summer and autumn you can go hiking, walking, mountain biking, and swimming in the pristine mountain lakes. If you are interested in culture you can visit castles, Munich is only 90 km away. Winter brings you the complete ski program.

There are bakers, butchers, grocery stores and much more in the lower village square. You can enjoy not only the Italian, Greek and Yugoslavian cuisines but also the hearty Bavarian cuisine.

It is lovingly furnished keeping your comfort in mind. It also has a roofed over porch, small terrace and a private garden. It is suitable for pets. The “Höhenrain-Panorama-Weg” where you can begin your hikes starts from the Chalet. On the 2,700 qm2 property you will find a wonderful playground, a barbecue with seating and dining space, bio-pool and to top it all, a marvellous view of the ruggedly picturesque garden. In addition, you can use the log cabin sauna. We will gladly offer you our breakfast service. There is parking space on the property. Pets and children are welcome.

Traumhafter Urlaub im urgemütlichen Blockhaus

Unser diesjähriger Urlaub führte uns in das schöne Zugspitzdorf Grainau. Hier waren wir in dem urgemütlichen und romantischen Blockhäuschen untergebracht. Die Angaben des Vermieters über das Feriendomizil waren sehr genau und zu 100% zutreffend. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Wir waren begeistert von dem Anwesen, insbesondere dem Naturschwimmteich, der herrlichen Lage mit Blick auf die Gebirgskette um die Zugspitze und natürlich von dem Häuschen selbst. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung war sehr freundlich. Wünsche oder Probleme konnten jederzeit geäußert werden. Die Umgebung war für uns ( da mit Hund angereist) traumhaft zum Wandern und Radfahren.
Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz sicher wieder, wenn es mal passt !

Traum in Wohlgefühl und Holz

Für Menschen, die, wie ich, ihre Träume gerne leben und einmal wahr werden lassen möchten, ist das das richtige Domizil. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und lesen einem wirklich die Wünsche nach Ruhe und Geborgenheit von den Augen ab. Das Häuschen ist klein und romantisch mit vielen verspielten Details. Ein Himmelbett neben einem offenen Kamin, was könnte noch mehr zum Träumen einladen. Der Garten ums Haus mit Saunahütte für traute Zweisamkein, mit einem Whirlpool und Badeteich und von dort aus ein traumhafter Blick auf das Felsmassiv der Zugspitze.
Das Häuschen ist einfach nur zu empfehlen, für einen, oder schöner noch für zwei Menschen, die dem Alltag mal für kurze Zeit entfliehen wollen und sich ihren Träumen, der Romantik und der Zweisamkeit hingeben wollen. Oder einfach nur um sich von Stress und Sorgen zu erholen und wieder Kraft zu schöpfen.
Also, Träume können wahr werden in der richtigen Umgebung, die hier sogar nach Feng Shui geplant wurde!

Top Ausstattung ,Top Lage , sehr nette Vermieter, sehr gut geeignet mit Hund, möchten wir eigentlich nicht weiter empfehlen, da wir selbst gern wieder hin fahren würden
