Photos and Description of this Stintino holiday house Ideal for 2 families, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with terrace, garden & BBQ

The house is located on the hillside in Cala Lupo with views down the valley to the sea. Stintino village is 1km to the south and La Pelosa beach is 1km to the north. The house is end of terrace in a small development and sleeps 8 people having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms over two floors. The kitchen is well equipped plus there is an outdoor BBQ area and terrace for dining alfresco. We also have an outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach! Privare car park. Floor plan – Ground floor – one double room, one bathroom, small lounge and semi open plan to kitchen, internal staircase to - Lower ground floor – one double, one triple and one single room and one bathroom. Second entrance with external staircase. The local shops and bars are a 5 minute walk and the main supermarket is in Stintino. Linen hire is optional at a separate charge made directly to the agent on arrival. Compulsory cleaning charge of 100 Euros paid directly to agent on arrival.

Located on the north west tip of Sardinia, Stintino is an easy 45 minute drive from Alghero airport and a popular tourist resort. Nearby La Pelosa beach with its crystal clear waters and white sand beach attracts visitors and locals alike. Fresh Seafood features in the restaurants in Stintino including harbourside dining. Opposite Stintino is the island of Asinara now a nature reserve with day trips by boat available from Stintino new harbour. Sailing, diving and snorkeling are all available locally. Le Saline beach is also nearby and over 1 km long and has the unique 'rice grains' of sand. The beach is dotted with small bars and a water sports centre (non motorised). Day trips of note include Alghero historic town centre, Neptunes Caves, Capo Caccia & Sella & Mosca vineyard tour.   • There is an additional cleaning charge per stay of 100 Euros. This is paid to the agent on pick up of keys. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer to a UK account in GBP£. We will send you full details and directions on receipt of deposit. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to the first day of rental.
  • Prices do not include linen hire. Please email for linen hire prices as we will need to make the request to our managing agent.
  • Rates are based on 1Euro = 1GBP£ as at 17th April 2009. We reserve the right to alter rates in line with currency fluctuations of +/- 5%

We spent a calm, wonderful time in a very nice location. The house is perfect. We had a nice sea-view. Some supermarkets are nearby and the restaurants had good and different menus.
The sea is very fine and there are some nice beaches.
We can recommend the house to everybody who looks for a calm holiday.

Wir waren im Ferienhaus in L'Asfodelo Ende Juli, das Haus mit 2 Stockwerken hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am besten hat uns die große Terasse gefallen. Der Garten war sehr schön bepflanzt und wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick sowie eine Aussendusche was sehr praktisch war. Die meisten Zimmer sind im Keller was sehr gut ist da es dort kühl ist. Auch die Lage war praktisch in 5 Minuten entfernt fährt ein Bus direkt zum Strand. Das Meer war turkis und der Strand strahlend weiß.
