Located in Runaway Bay’s Cardiff Hall, close to amenities and activities. We have a selection of self-catering rooms from £30 to £60 Per Night. Group bookings are welcome. Catering can be provided on request. Each room in the villa is fully equipped with: Hot water, ceiling fans, a microwave 2 ring cooker, toaster, fridge, utensils plates, glassware, crockery, dining table and chairs, cable TV, Iron and ironing board. There is a use of a washing machine and dryer which is located in the laundry area for a small fee. The rooms are spacious, vibrant and are cleaned daily. Mosquito nets are provided so you can sleep at ease. Both floors feature large spacious verandas and view the beautiful view grounds and local surroundings. A great place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner.The three acres grounds are maintained all year round. Safe and clean for children to play.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    THERE NO SET DAYS FOR CHANGEOVER, HOWEVER, YOU MUST VACATE YOUR APARTMENT BY 11.AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

    The full amount is required if the booking is 6 weeks or less. Special rates for bookings over 4 weeks if booking is cancelled 49 days before the rental period 20% of the rental price will be due

    A deposit of 50% is required on all bookings. All payments must be made in full at least 14-days before travel.

Our villa has self-catering rooms for you to stay in from £30 Per Night and a Family room from £60 Per Night. Group bookings are welcome. Catering can be provided on request. Runaway Bay has some of the finest beaches on the North coast and these are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the Magrianaville Villa. Our on site mini bus can you take you there. You cannot visit the North coast without visiting the famous Dunns River Falls. This is only 20 minutes drive from the Magrianaville Villa. We can arrange day excursions for you if needed.

Extra Information: On arrival you will find a complimentary bottled water, Tea and Coffee. There is a full-time care taker on site and the Villa is secure 24hrs a day. This is a non smoking villa but you can smoke in the grounds. There is private parking facilities. We can arrange Airport transfers at addtional cost. Daily excursions can be arranged. Group booking are welcome. The villa has limited facilities for the disabled. A cot is available but must be requested at the time of booking A driver is available on request and a further charge will be made according to the designated trip. Cable TV and internet facilities are available. All breakages must be paid for. The infamous Browns market for fresh fruits and vegetables is only 5 miles away. A cook is available at a cost of £10 (approximately 1000.00 JA DLRS per day). If you purchase your own food.
