This first floor apartment overlooks a beautiful pool and landscaped gardens. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has English TV. It has an open plan kitchen and lounge leading to a large conservatory with a private sunbathing area ideal for those who love an all-over sun tan. The sunbathing area has a sea view. The apartment sleeps four people in a spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fitted with an oven and hob, a washing machine and a fridge freezer. It will meet your needs for a relaxing holiday. This sought after complex is gated, private and secure.Locally there are shops and supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A car is advisable although not essential. There is a bus service from just outside the complex gates into Torrevieja.

Claimed by World Heath Org. to have the healthiest atmosphere in the world. Close to Murcia airport. Alicante is a little farther away. Beautiful clean beaches all around. Weather and sun that many Europeans just dream of. The complex is close to the coast and many small towns are reachable by car. There are local street markets every day of the week. For golfers, Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, La Finca and Campoamor courses and within 15 minutes drive. The N332 coast road and the AP7 motorway are just minutes away giving wonderful access to the countryside and the coast. Car and bicycle hire are available locally but sun loungers are popular too! There is a regular bus service from the gates of the complex into Torrevieja.

Additional information about rental rates

  • PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL FEES. In addition to your reservation deposit, a security deposit of £150.00 will be required at the time of booking. This is to cover any accidental damage or loss, eg door keys and will be returned to you by cheque, bank transfer or via Paypal within 14 days of the end of your holiday provided no breakages or damage has been caused.
    When you arrive at the property, our representative will hand you the keys in exchange for 55 euros for the cleaning charge at the end of your stay.
  • The apartment can be reached from either Murcia or Alicante airport, although Murcia is quite a lot closer. Murcia has a small, friendly and hassle free atmosphere about it. You can reach the apartment by taxi or we can put you in touch with a small local business who are registered and insured, They can collect you from the airport and drop you back there at the end of your holiday. This is the same company who maintain the property. They will also provide a welcome pack at the apartment if you wish.
    Alternatively, we can put you in touch with a local car hire company who will meet you at the airport, take you to the apartment and leave the car with you for the duration of your stay. At the end of your visit, they will drive you back to the airport. They offer a range of vehicle sizes.
  • TO MAKE A BOOKING......A deposit of 25% is required to make a reservation plus £150.00 security deposit. The balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. You will be met at the property or airport and handed the keys in exchange for 60 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay. The security deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of the end of your holiday provided no damage has been caused. Payment can be made by PayPal or by cheque paid directly into a UK bank or a Spanish bank.
    We honestly believe you will like this complex and location. And for people who have been hit hard by the current recession but still need a break, our winter rates are much lower..

Notes: The apartments on this complex are ground and first floor only. This apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by a set of stairs which would make wheelchair access quite difficult. People with more serious disabilities might also find the stairs difficult to negotiate. One of the benefits of this apartment is that it is at the edge of the complex. This makes it more private and secluded. It also has the benefit of a quite large conservatory where smoking is permitted for those who must whilst the apartment itself remains smoke free.
