Zarzas is a small complex of 2 storey town house style accommodation situated within the La Sella residences. On site facilities include swimming pools connected by waterfall cascades and relaxing peaceful gardens. This 2 bedroom townhouse is set in the heart of the La Sella Golf Spà & Tennis Resort. Available on the complex are tennis courts, golf, spa, horse riding, cycling, shops & restaurants, communal gardens & fabulous pools. Set on 2 levels, 1 twin bedroom with sunny terrace & 1 double bedroom with balcony, both with fitted wardrobes. An open planned lounge with TV and some SKY channels, dinning kitchen with table and chairs, pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 and downstairs toilet and outside washing area. Leisure amenities close by within 100 meters walking distance include well maintained stables for horse riding, 8 tennis courts with professional coaching available, boules pitch, 18-hole golf, restaurant, bar, supermarket pharmacy, ATM bank machine and site management office.

Set on Spain's Costa Blanca and is 6km from Denia and 8km from Javea, Zarzas enjoys breathtaking views over the orange and almond groves to the sea and over its 18 hole golf course to the mountains. Set amongst the gentle hills at the border between Denia and Pedreguer. The Castello, a castle from the 16th and 18th century, today an archaeological air museum, dominates the city. Denia has adapted a cosmopolitan character with its modern supermarkets, shops, doctors, dentists whilst remaining a charming harbour city. The international airports of Alicante and Valencia are 1 hour away.

We stayed here for a week in the summer holidays. It was very nice. Clean and bright. A car is a must really due to the location being a little bit away from the beach although there are taxis but they are very expensive. The reception was very helpful too. There is also a shop, restaurant and bar. We didn't use the facilities like tennis and horseriding as it was too hot. We would recommend a fan though because there is no air conditioning. In the evening it was nice to sit out the front playing some games. The pool was cleaned every day and we had great fun here. The children (aged 12 and 16) enjoyed it here too. It was a very reasonably priced holiday. The owners were very good at communicating with us and made it all the more pleasurable before we even started the holiday.

I have just come back from a weeks holiday with my partner and two children and have to say that the appartment is in an ideal position just a few minutes drive from the main motorway so very easy to find. We found it very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for a family holiday with horse riding, tennis courts and a very large pool for the children and shopping and bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is the ideal place for both adults and children with sufficient activities to keep children entertained but not too many people around so nice and quite/relaxing for adults to. The beach is beautiful and sandy and about 10 minutes drive from the appartment. My family and I will definately go again as it was a very relaxing holiday and far exceeded our expectations.
