This superbly built chalet is fully equipped for winter or summer holidays with all the comforts of home. Double height windows on the west side maximise the breath-taking views and glorious sunsets. The master bedroom has a dressing room, en-suite shower room and balcony. There are two further double/twin bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor together with a mezzanine deck with cable TV, DVD player, Wii and computer. The raised ground floor has large open plan split-level kitchen/dining room together with sitting area with open fire. The fully equipped kitchen has Miele or Neff appliances including wine fridge, induction hob and separate steam oven. There is also a twin bedroom and bathroom on this level. The basement has a ski/boot room and laundry with Miele washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a single garage and room for two cars on the drive. All linen and towels included.

Haute-Nendaz is in the heart of the world famous 4 Valleys ski area. The village has a lovely atmosphere with bars and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. There are plenty of activities for all ages and abilities, from skiing and snow boarding, to husky riding and parapenting for adrenaline junkies and the historical city of Sion is just 15 minutes away, with two castles, vineyards and beautiful street cafes and restaurants. There is also an ice skating rink in the centre of the village. In the summer Haute Nendaz has beautiful walks along the famous 'Bisses' and there is mountain biking, swimming and tennis right on the doorstep. There are well known golf courses in Sion, Crans Montana and Villars and the Swiss Open is held in Gstaad (90 minutes away) in July.
