Situated on top of an escarpment with stunning views over Peyia, Coral Bay, Paphos (far distance) and coastline. The villa is set in an exclusive and individual development high on a hill with uninterrupted views. It is furnished to a high standard for owners use and includes 42' LCD TV and DVD player. It is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating (when required). A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob and oven, iron and ironing board. Outside in the landscaped gardens there is a BBQ area and terraces, pool shower, pool with loungers, patio furniture beneath a covered terrace and parasol, carport and drying area. Pahos airport is approx 30 min drive. The village of Peyia has a good selection of bars a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery. Nearby Coral Bay also has a selection of fine restaurants and bars. Paphos is a 20 min drive and has a lovely harbour and promenade with plenty of bars and restaurants for all.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres

Situated in the hills of Peyia, the villa is only a short drive from Coral Bay which has lovely beaches. The Akamas Peninsular, where green turtles are protected and hatched on the beaches, is about 40 min drive, a 4 wheel drive car is recommended. The Troodos mountains are very scenic, with spectacular views and lovely picnic areas, approx 45 min drive and the resort of Latchi, which is famous for its fish restaurants, is 45 min away. Adonis baths is a 15 min drive and has a very deep mountain pool, which is cool and refreshing in the heat of the day. Aphrodite's pool is also close by and is free to enter but no bathing is allowed. You can drink the water and legend says you will become 10 years younger. In Papho itself, there are the tombs of the Kings and the famous mosaics. The promenade, around the harbour, is very popular amongst the locals. In the evenings, they like to walk and meet with friends. A lovely atmosphere to experience

BOOKING INFORMATION:: If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take this villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days upon request. Once you have secured suitable flights and are in a position to confirm the villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangement.

The description of the villa provided by the Holiday-Rentals web site is spot on, ie this is a top class luxury villa in perfect condition. This can be a relaxing holiday away from the hustle & bustle or you can take advantage of various sporting activities or entertainment which are only a 10 minutes drive away. The view is stunning! The hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I have no hestitation in recommending this property to anyone, family, friends, couples will all enjoy the experience. We particularly enjoyed the swimming (pool & sea) and the restaurants by the sea front, but we know there is much more to explore........we will do this on our next visit!
Owner's Response: A very nice couple and a pleasure to do business with. I hope that they will come back and stay at the villa again.

An absolutely amazing stay.

We stayed at this villa for 10 days last summer and i can honestly say this was the nicest villa i have ever stayed in. When we arrived everything was in pristine condition and was exactly how the discription said, and a very handy welcome pack had been provided for us, useful after a long journey and the first experience of hot weather for that year! The area surrounding is really lovely, and the views are brilliant, even at night. Was so nice to have full privacy, rather than lots of nosey neighbours surrounding!
There was enough to keep us busy in and around paphos, i would definately recommend cyprus, and certainly this villa as we had such a stress free, easy holiday.
Would just like to say a big thankyou to the owner of this property for providing brilliant service, and of course such a lovely villa!
Owner's Response: A very nice group of young people. They left the property in a clean and tidy condition. I would welcome them again to stay at our villa.
