The apartment is located just five minutes on foot from Milvio Bridge, one of the oldest bridges situated among the Tevere, called Lovers’ bridge, that represent today one of the most attractive places in Rome. Surrounded with shops, markets, wine bars, pizzerias and restaurants, the apartment is also very well linked to the rest of the City centre. It is only about ten minutes away from San Pietro, Vaticans Museum and Castel sant’Angelo. The Auditorium and Olimpic arena are very close too. The apartment is situated on the third floor of an elegant building recently restructured and it is new and very well furnished. A living room with fully equipped kitchen corner (refrigerator, fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine) and a sofa double bed, a double room, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Satellite TV and air conditioning are provided. The atmosphere is friendly and peacefully and the apartment is a unique place where guests feel completely at ease.

It is very close to Milvian bridge that is one of the oldest bridges situated among the Tevere, called Lovers’ bridge. The Auditorium Parco Della Musica is very close too. Ever since it was inaugurated it has become a consolidated reality on the cultural scene of both the city of Rome and the entire country, a resounding success in terms of the quality of its programmes and the consistently high audience turnout. The Olimpic arena, so far one of the most influential stadiums in the world, is just 10 minutes away on foot. The stadium hosts a great number of important football events and concerts from famous artist as well. San Pietro and Trastevere are very close too, just 10-15 minutes by bus. The area is rich with local shops, restaurants and pizzerias. A cycle track is very close too and there is also a public swimming pool, tennis field and a golf club.
