Sequoia Apt 22 Cannes, a second floor, 3 bedroom apartment newly built on the prestigious development of the Grand Parc in Cannes. The development comprises both villas and apartments with parking areas and two communal swimming pools within a large enclosed park area comprising gardens, recreation areas and lawns. The whole complex is fully secure with electronic gates and 24 hour security. The apartment has climate control air conditioning, Sky and French digital TV in all 3 bedrooms and internet access, There is a reserved parking space in the underground car park, and another reserved parking space close to the building. Immaculately furnished, the whole atmosphere is open and light with colours blended throughout. 20' Sony flat screen TVs in all bedrooms (with full Sky package and French digital TV controllable in each bedroom).

Casinos, prestigious stores, restaurants, yachting, golf. Cannes offers all the advantages that make a place exceptional. Mandelieu and Mougins golf courses are within 10 minute drive and open all year. The proximity to Nice airport also puts you just a few hours away from the major capitals. A car is recommended for seeing all the places so near, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, hilltop villages - Eze, Grasse - perfume etc. There is a fast TGV train from Cannes centre. Italy is 60 mins, away and boats in Cannes harbour serve San Remo, St Tropez, Monaco and the Golden Islands. There are ski resorts within 90/120 minutes of Cannes. Isola 2000 is a modern complex nearer Nice and there are some smaller areas nearer; Andon, Auron and Greoliere.

Air Con and 20' Sony flat screen TVs in all bedrooms (with full Sky package and French digital TV controllable in each bedroom). The master bedroom has an oak king size bed, side tables, dressing table, tall boy, wardrobe and patio doors leading out to the covered terrace where there is a glass patio table and 4 metal frame chairs. Bathroom adjacent to the bedroom off entrance hallway with shower over the bath, basin and W.C. Bedroom 2 has a leather king size bed, side tables, tall boy, wardrobe and patio doors also leading out the terrace. Bedroom 3 has oak twin beds, side tables, tall boy, wardrobe and windows that overlooks gardens and walkways.
