Local cuisine:

STARTERS
The typical Sardinian dish which precedes lunch or dinner consists of local cold cuts prepared by the local farmers, these include raw ham, Sardinian goat’s cheese, olives, all garnished with fresh vegetables. It is also possible to find a starter which includes crabs, muscles, lobate, octopus, sea urchin, limpet and caviar.
