This new 2 storey luxury 3 bedroom villa sleeps 8 with both levels having air con / heating as required. The comfortably furnished dining and sitting room area also boasts a log burning stove for any chilly evenings in January or February! The property has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that leads out on to the large private swimming pool area standing in large, walled secure grounds enjoying wonderful views across the Almanzora valley to the distant mountains all around. Situated close to the centre of the village of Arboleas, with a supermarket, shops, bars and a weekly Spanish Market Arboleas is close to the market town of Albox and a short drive to the beach resorts of Mojacar, Vera and Garrucha in Almeria Province.

Casa de Suenos stands on the edge of the pretty village of Arboleas, 10 minutes drive from Albox. Surrounded by orange and lemon groves where every Saturday morning there is a wonderful local Spanish market. Arboleas is 30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Mojacar, Vera and Garrucha where you can enjoy the beach bars and restaurants or frolic in the Mediterranean Sea! Just an hour away is Mini Hollywood, the home of the spaghetti western. In nearby Vera there is a large Water Park which provides a fun day for all ages. The stunning city of Granada is only a couple of hours drive away, passing through the old town of Guadix. Closer to home are the cave dwellings of Almanzora and of course the sensational Golf Resorts of Desert Springs and Valle De Este. The Almanzora Valley provides an authentic taste of real Spain where the weather is beautiful (enjoying 320 days of sunshine per year), the food a sensation and the people very welcoming. All in all this is a lovely place to holiday.

    A returnable security deposit of £250.00 is required with your balance 6 weeks before arrival. Once the key holders have confirmed that the property has been left in good order without damages or excessive cleaning this security deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

    Generally the property will be available from 1500 hours on your day of arrival and should be vacated by 1100 on the date of departure to allow sufficient time for the property to be prepared for the next guests. If no guests are in the property immediately before or after your stay these times can be adjusted to suit your flight times.
