This well furnished spacious 3 bedroom duplex is situated on the Costa Esuri Golf complex with it's championship length course and is ideal for golfers and families alike. Whether you are looking for a golfing holiday, relaxing break in the sun or an opportunity to discover the unspoilt Costa de la Luz, then this is an ideal place to stay. This region of Spain is particularly favoured by the Spanish for their own holidays. The accommodation is on two levels; the master bedroom has a King Size bed and en suite and is on the top floor with 2 roof terraces, one with bistro table and chairs.The two twin bedded rooms are on the 1st floor with bathroom, spacious lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The patio has a table and chairs which comfortably seat 6 people and also 4 sun loungers. The apartment is located within a secruity gated community and has its own private parking space.

The apartment is on the golf resort of Costa Esuri which is just a 10 minute drive to Ayamonte, a charming Spanish town with its pedestrianised street, traditional tiled plazas with shops, bars, restaurants & tavernas. The Golf course, driving range & club house is a 5 minute walk away. Beaches - Isla Canela, Spain and Monte Gardo (Portugal) are only 10-15 mins drive away. There are other beautiful beaches to discover further along the coastline. Isla Canela with its lovely Marina is a 10 min drive away and has a beautiful sandy beach with a variety of watersports. There are waterparks just outside El Rompido (Spain) and another near Faro (Portugal). Sea and river trips can be taken from Isla Canela and El Rompido where whales and dolphins may be spotted. For days out visit Tavira (Portugal), a lovely fishing village about 20 mins drive from Ayamonte, or explore Roman Ruins just North of Seville. The Donana National Park in the Province of Huelva is also well worth a visit.

    A refundable damage deposit of €175 is required and must be paid with the final payment. This will be refunded when we receive a report from our management company at Costa Esuri that everything has been left in a satisfactory condition. This is usually returned within 2 weeks.

    Special rates for long term lets available.

    A deposit of €115 (will secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.

    Payment can be made by bank transfer either in Euros or GB pounds or by a UK cheque.

    Cancellation charges:-
    If a cancellation is necessary after paying your deposit or after full payment has been made for the holiday, our cancellation terms are:

    42-29 days = loss of 50% of holiday cost
    28-22 days = loss of 60% of holiday cost
    21-7 days = loss of 75% of holiday cost
    7 days or less = loss of 100% of holiday cost

The property is located in a quite area but with easy access to major cities such as seville or Vila Real de Santo ANtonio, Portugal. The overall experience within the property was excellent, we were provided with all facilities to have a relaxed holiday, property was clean and easy to maintain with a great layout for couples with kids (master bedroom is on the top floor). As it is so close to Portugal you can enjoy the great restaurantes with sea view among the portuguese coast, as well as join in during the summer tranditional festivals...
I would highly recommend this property to my friends.

We stayed at this property twice and both times had a great time. The facilities are excellent, location is quiet and is a lovely base for a family holiday. The accomodation is clean and spacious, the apartment is very well fitted out with all the essentials for a family holiday. This is somewhere we would definitely return to.

We had a wonderful and relaxing two week holiday. The flat is excellent. Very spacious, well equipped, and well-maintained.

The service was excellent. We only had to call once to management (the television was not receiving reception) but the problem was fixed the next day.

The surrounding areas offer tons of activities. We went on a camel ride one day and another day we did a boat tour along the coast of Portural.

It is important to hire a car. Only the pool, the golf course and clubhouse are within walking distance. The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are a short drive away.

We enjoyed a lot of this property, because it has a lot of space, light and it's very calm. It's perfect to relax... The duplex is very nice and very big. It has everything to have a nice and incredible holiday (for who that want to relax). The location is perfect for us (portugueses). It takes only 5 minutes from Portugal. We hope that everyone likes it like we did.
