Perfect apartment with small jump in pool.

Magnificent 1 bedroom apartment in a new complex. Nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom and one bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, toilet and bidet. Large living room with sofa and dining area. TV with English, German, Dutch, Portugese and much more channels and DVD player. One big private terrace with table and chairs. Communal area with sun loungers and plush pool. The apartment sleeps 2 but a third person or child is possible on request. The centre of Lagos town and the Marina is only 10 walking minutes away. Host service will complete your perfect holiday!

The apartment is located next to the historical town, Lagos. Within 10 walking minutes you will enjoy the car free streets of Lagos, with his very nice restaurants, shops and terraces. The beach is only 15 walking minutes away. A walk true the historical centre of Lagos is lovely. The beautiful Marina is via a very pleasant walk on the boulevard, just 10 minutes away. Within 5 driving minutes from the apartment there are several very nice, awards winning golf resorts. Lagos is just 50 minutes by car from Faro airport. Airport pick up can be arranged for the very reasonable price of 75 euros one way. Car hire is not necessary, but can be arranged at low prices. From Faro city there is also a cheap train/bus connection to Lagos. The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a brand new race circuit located only 10 minutes drive from Lagos. The project includes a karting track. The circuit hosts Formula 1 testing, Moto-GP, A1-GP, Le- Mans and much more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • During the months November till March electricity is extra at cost price! Water, gas and end cleaning is in every period inclusive. Long term rentals are welcome at special rates. The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service. A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment is required six weeks prior to arrival. 150 euros deposit at arrivals must be given to host, and will be given back to clients if apartment is left in proper condition and there are no breakages or damages. Time to check inn is after 15.00 PM. Checking out time before 10.00 AM. If you want to check inn earlier or check out later please give us a mail than we can discuss the possibility. This is because of the cleaning of the apartment for the next client. Your suitcases can be stored any time. With bookings shorter than a week (7 days) we charge 30 euros cleaning costs.
  • Rental can be paid in either British Pounds or Euros.
    The rates include a complimentary meet and greet service.
    Weekly clean and linen change with bookings longer than 10 days.
    Please note we do not rent out when the entire group is under 25 years of age.

We can pick you up from Faro airport in a spacious air-conditioned MPV for a very reasonable price of 90 euros one way. Up to 4 persons.

High chair and baby cot for rent:

For the very small children we have a baby cot and high chair available, the price is 30 euros for each week or part of an week. This includes extra towels and linen.

Welcome package:

For your convenience we can arrange you a welcome package. This package includes red wine, cold white wine, beers and soft drinks, crisps, bread, tea, coffee and much more. The price for this package is 35 euros.

Golf: Golf Information There are within 3 km of the apartment two beautiful 18 holes golf courses overlooking the sea. (Palmares & Boavista).
