This beautifully fully furnished 5 bed 3.5 bath comes fully equipped for your dream vacation. The ground floor consists of a separate formal dining & living room. There’s an additional breakfast nook just off the large family kitchen that overlooks the pool area. The family room has 10 ft sliding doors to pool and deck area. The upper floor boasts a HUGE MASTER EN-SUITE with master bath with tub & separate tiled shower and double vanity unit. There’s a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including shower and bath. Bedrooms three, four and five are all good sizes and have a shared full bathroom between them. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with coordinating window treatments & bed linens. This vacation villa is situated on a large corner lot positioned well for privacy. It’s close to the 192 and the Florida Turnpike for easy access to all the Theme Parks and shopping. The villa is situated in Windsor Park within the gates of Remington Golfing Community with its award.

  • A security deposit of $200 dollars will be required - this is refundable when you leave.
    The pool can be heated during the winter months at an extra cost of $110 per week.
    A deposit of 50% is required with the booking the balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date.
    The property will be cleaned before your arrival and when you leave - if you require an extra clean during your stay this can be arranged at a cost of $100.
